While projects can vary widely, here is a typical rate scenario for a half-day London shoot. For full-day rates, multi-day projects, or more bespoke requirements, please just let me know and I’ll adjust accordingly — including the number of finished images.
Half-day London shoot – £650
Up to 4 hours on location, including up to 10 professionally edited images, lightly retouched*, and supplied with usage licence (see below).
*Light retouching includes removing small distractions: ceiling smoke alarms, minor blemishes.
More extensive retouching beyond this scope is charged at £45/hour.
Image Selection
As I usually shoot more images than included in the rate, you can choose your favourite shots for processing from a set of proofs. Additional images can be supplied if required and are charged per image.
Usage Licence
The usage includes a worldwide, unlimited-time licence for all standard marketing and PR (website, social media, portfolios, and editorial use — excluding advertising). I provide this so you can use the images across all your global channels forever without worrying about renewals.
Note: This licence is granted to the commissioning client only. Licensing for third parties (e.g. contractors or suppliers) can be arranged separately.
Cost Sharing
I am happy to facilitate cost-sharing for a supplementary fee if multiple parties (e.g. architects, contractors, or suppliers) wish to commission the shoot together. This is often the most cost-effective way for all involved to obtain high-quality imagery.
Delivery & Turnaround
Typically within 48 hours. Faster turnaround is available on request.
Travel & Transport
Travel within Zones 1-3 included. For late-night or very early shoots, cab fees will be charged at cost.
